Movers24 began the way a lot of good small companies do: someone helped a friend move, did it properly, and realised most people in Tallinn weren't getting "properly." You could get cheap movers who showed up late and chipped your furniture, or careful ones who cost a fortune – and if your Estonian wasn't perfect, half of them simply didn't pick up the phone.
So we built the moving company we'd want for our own families. The idea was almost stubbornly simple: do every move the way you'd move your own mother's flat – calm, careful, on time, fair price, and answer the phone in the language the customer actually speaks. Before we had a brand or a website, we had three rules that still run the company today.

Otto is the spirit of the Movers24 crew in one friendly character – the calm, strong, good-natured mover who has carried ten thousand boxes and never once dropped your coffee mug. He's been riding in the front seat of the very first Movers24 van since 2018. He's the one who reminds the crew to wrap the table corners, labels the box marked "fragile – actually fragile," and leaves the thank-you note on the kitchen counter when the last box is in. Otto doesn't rush, he doesn't drop things, and he's never met a staircase he's afraid of. On moving day, his whole job is to keep your day calm.

The day-before message
The evening before, a short calm note: your crew's names, the arrival window, and "nothing to do but point at boxes." We kill the night-before dread.

Corners wrapped before you ask
On the day, table corners and door frames get wrapped without being requested, and the "open me first" box of essentials is loaded last so it comes off first.

The thank-you note
