The short version: we only use your data to answer you, calculate your estimate and carry out your move. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not run tracking cookies on this website.

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us yourself – through the quote form, the contact form, by email or by phone:
- Contact details – your name, email address and phone number.
- Move details – pickup and delivery addresses, floor and lift information, preferred dates, the size of the move and a list or description of the items to be moved.
- Correspondence – the content of emails and messages you exchange with us, including the estimates and price calculations we send you.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect any special categories of personal data, and our services are not directed at children.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To prepare and send your estimate. When you request a quote, we use your move details to calculate a price and email it to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To carry out your move. Once you accept an offer, we use your data to plan and perform the move and to invoice you. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To answer your questions. When you email or call us, we use your contact details to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations. Invoices and accounting records are kept as required by Estonian accounting and tax law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
4. Emails and estimates
Quote requests and messages sent through this website reach us by email at info@movers24.ee. The estimate we calculate for you, and the details you provided for it, stay in that email correspondence. We keep the thread while your enquiry or move is active so we can honour the fixed price we agreed in writing, and we refer back to it only if you contact us again or if it is needed for the move itself.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent necessary:
- Website hosting – this website is hosted on Vercel; standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) are processed by the hosting provider to serve and secure the site.
- Email – our correspondence, including your quote requests and estimates, is processed by our email service provider.
- Authorities – we disclose data only where the law requires it (for example to tax authorities as part of accounting records).
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a move – we keep the correspondence for up to 1 year after our last exchange, in case you come back to the estimate, then delete it.
- Completed moves – contract and invoice data is kept for 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
- Other correspondence – kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter it concerns.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The only thing we store in your browser is your language choice (Estonian, English or Russian), saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your language next time. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time and free of charge:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data (where no legal retention duty applies);
- ask us to restrict processing or object to it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email info@movers24.ee. We answer within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version always applies.
